Return

You may withdraw from the contract of sale of purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them (rules described in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, No. 827)).

Returned goods:

• It must not bear any signs of use (perfume odour, traces of make-up, etc.).
• cannot be worn,
• must have labels.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery or to Paczkomat.

The returned product must be accompanied by the form and receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the shipment, using the same method of payment used for the purchase (in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the specified bank account).

The reply will be sent within 14 calendar days of the date we receive the parcel.

Please note that the following are not subject to complaint:

• Products that have shrunk or become discoloured as a result of improper washing.
• Pilling of the fabric.
• Defects caused by everyday use, such as scuffed toe caps and worn heels.
• Products that cause discomfort during use (shoe rubbing, feeling of materials "biting")
• Products damaged as a result of mechanical damage (tears, abrasions and rips)
